Graham Real Estate to Become Exclusive Boyne Highlands Real Estate Partner

Mike Chumbler, president and general manager of Boyne Highlands Resort, today announced a new business partnership with Graham Real Estate of Harbor Springs to become the resort’s exclusive real estate broker.

“Graham Real Estate and Boyne Highlands have a relationship that goes back over 50 years and both have been deeply vested in the Harbor Springs community over this period.” said Chumbler.  “As we embark on our resort transformation, which is underway now, it will attract many new experiential travelers to the region in the coming years.  Graham Real Estate is the ideal partner to further embrace our connection to the local community and help our guests find their dream northern Michigan property.”

“Boyne Highlands is moving again towards the high-end resort destination market, which is our strong suit,” said Tom Graham, owner of Graham Real Estate.  “We are excited about the transformational investments Boyne Highlands is making in the resort and the opportunities that will create for the entire Harbor Springs market.  Our family was there at the very beginning helping Boyne Highlands develop into the four-season resort icon it has become, and we are proud to be here again for the next chapter in its ascension as the premier four-season resort in the Midwest.”

The renewed association with the Graham family deepens roots dating back to the resort’s origins.  Boyne Highlands and the Grahams conducted their own real estate deal in the 60s for an integral piece of land key to the resort’s development.  The enchanting Graham Chapel resides at the top of Boyne Highlands as a tribute to this family connection.

As the resort looks forward, the first step in a transformational change has begun with the five-star level renovation of existing rooms in the Main Lodge.  Subsequent phases of this transformation are scheduled over the coming several years that will significantly elevate the overall guest and resort ownership experience.  To learn more about the transformation happening at Boyne Highlands, visit highlandsfuture.com

In support of the partnership, Boyne Realty’s resort agents, Connie O’Neill and Jennifer Miller, have transferred to Graham Real Estate, though they are retaining an office location at the resort to serve customers.

Boyne Realty is continuing to operate at its other locations, Boyne Mountain, Inn at Bay Harbor, and Crooked Tree, as well as within the surrounding areas.
